Amethyst Art Factory make order specially for customers and currently we don't keep any stock, Please get in touch by email for orders.

Minimum lead time is one months and based on requirements may increase up to 6 months.

Crazing, shade in color and natural variation between handmade tiles is inherent.

All orders require a 50% deposit. Balance due at collection or pre delivery, or on notification ready for pick up.

Storage charges will apply if goods are not taken within 2 weeks or an agreed time frame.

The client is responsible for ensuring their tradesmen are qualified to install the product selected. If concerned please contact our staff for product information or assistance.

Please check the tile quantities, layout, suitability of adhesive & Grout BEFORE laying commences. (As per Australian Standards).

No claims are accepted after the tiles are laid.

Amethyst Art Factory extends no guarantees, expressed or limited as to slip wear, installation or maintenance.

Returns require invoice. Tiles must be in good condition in full un-opened boxes & within one months of invoice date.

Ownership of goods remains with Amethyst Art Factory until paid in full.
