Here is the process:
Step one:
Lets us know your requirements
Email us at shirin@amethystartfactory.com.au to book a complimentary appointment.

* images of your colour inspiration
* photo of your space
* measurements
A deposit of $666-$999 is required for colour matching tiles or designer tiles before we begin working on your project. This is determined by description of your project.
Step two:
Let us work on it
We dedicate three weeks to create samples of your tile design and prepare the estimated cost per square meter, along with the production schedule. Sit back, relax, and wait as we craft your unique tiles.
We may need to make several recipes and firing to get to a satisfactory tile design. Custom tiles are not easy to make, however, the effort will pay off with stunning results that are uniquely yours!
Step three:
Order your unique tile design
To secure your spot on our schedule, we kindly ask for full upfront payment. The lead time is between three and six months.
We lovingly look after every detail to make sure the tiles are delivered on-time for your project. Thank you for your patience and support!
