Step one:
Lets us know your requirements
You probably have a general idea of what you’re looking for. To get started, please send us an email to book an appointment and include images of your colour inspiration, along with a photo of your space and its measurements. This will help us provide you with the best custom tile solution tailored to your vision.
A deposit of $666 is required for colour matching tiles and $999 for designer tiles before we begin working on your project.
Step two:
Let us work on it
We dedicate three weeks to bring your vision to life by creating samples of your desired tile design. During this time, we will also prepare the estimated cost per square meter, along with the production schedule. All you need to do is to sit back, relax, and wait as we craft your unique tiles.
We may need to make several recipes and firing to get to a satisfying tile design. Custom tiles are not easy to make, However, the effort will pay off with stunning results that are uniquely yours!
Step three:
Order your unique tile design
To secure your spot on our schedule, we kindly ask for full upfront payment. The lead time is between three and six months.
We lovingly look after every detail to make sure the tiles are delivered on-time for your project. Thank you for your patience and support!
